With an intensive lab program, the training has been created on skills
that are directly related to job description analysis and the cybersecurity training framework provided by the National Initiative of Cybersecurity Education (NICE).
The training has also been adapted to the various missions and responsibilities of the system/network administrator position published by the Department of Defense (DoD). In order to obtain solid skills in defensive network security, the training prepares network administrators for the latest technologies and network security practices. This covers protection, detection, and incident response.
The course contains labs based on the most commonly used tools and techniques in network security, providing hands-on experience on different ways to secure a network. The training kit also comes with over 10GB of best practices in network security with assessment and protection tools.

Certified Network Defender (CND) Certification

This training prepares for the CND 312-38 exam from the EC Council, corresponding to the Certified Network Defender certification.

It is a multiple-choice exam of 100 questions to be completed in 4 hours on the ECC Exam platform.

A score of 70% correct answers is required to obtain the certification.
